A broken dream… a thought in mid-sentence... a moment in between… a split second utopia… My work is about snapping in and out of these moments. I feel a pendulum moving from a reverie to an immovable reality, not being able to spend long enough in any one state. Through my work I find, a comfort zone in the transient rather than aiming perfect balance.
It’s like an experience of waking life having the characteristics of a dream… a free play of imagination interrupted…
